I design learning that helps people move from confusion to clarity and confident action. The kind that supports real work, not just checking a box at the end of a course.
I enjoy taking complicated systems, breaking them down, and making them easier to understand through clear language, realistic scenarios, and intentional design that keeps people from feeling overwhelmed.
At the core of my work is helping people feel capable and confident as they navigate complex environments.
Along the way, I’ve supported 30K+ learners, delivered over 2,000 hours of system-based training, and spent 15+ years designing blended learning experiences.
The portfolio below highlights some of my most impactful work.

I oversaw the training design and delivery for the Keller Williams Tech Ambassador Program, a peer-led approach that helped agents actually use new technology, not just learn about it. Practical, ready-to-use resources increased confidence, accelerated adoption, and built a trusted network of tech champions across the organization.

When required education suddenly had to move online, real estate associations needed more than video calls. Working with Rialto Academy, I led the rapid design and implementation of the first Virtual Campus built specifically for association education, creating a secure, human-centered alternative to ad hoc Zoom sessions. The result transformed how learning was delivered during COVID and became the foundation for a scalable, long-term virtual education model.

I led instructional design and project management for Ignite, Keller Williams’ flagship training program that helps agents turn proven business models into clear, repeatable daily habits. By combining practical systems, supportive learning design, and technology-enabled workflows, Ignite helped agents improve productivity, increase commissions, and build sustainable businesses in a demanding, competitive field.

I redesigned a recorded Lunch and Learn into a short, self-paced learning experience that respected how busy adults actually learn. By identifying what mattered most and rebuilding the content for clarity and usability, the training became easier to complete, more engaging, and immediately applicable, extending the value of existing content without asking learners or presenters for more time.

Life skills are not learned in a single lesson. This project shows how a simple, repeatable monthly structure helped students practice skills like decisiveness and focus until they became habits. By blending live instruction with short reinforcement lessons, training became more engaging, consistent, and meaningful over time.
